We consume breakfast smoothies all year around. Perhaps even if you do not have frozen fruit you are able to really produce healthful smoothies for breakfast or perhaps some other time of day.
Breakfast smoothies are a great method to begin the day time however I find that in case they are a fresh fruit smoothie, I'm hungry within an hour, thus I love to add some protein to my breakfast smoothies.
